Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By agreeing to commission artwork, you agree to abide by these terms.1. Usage RightsThe commissioned artwork is for personal use only. You are not permitted to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., selling the artwork, creating merchandise, etc.) without obtaining explicit permission from me, the artist.You may use the artwork for personal projects, display, or gifting, but do not alter the artwork in any way without prior approval.2. Artist’s RightsI retain the right to post the completed artwork on my social media platforms, website, and portfolio. The artwork will include a watermark with my username and the word "Commission."I may also use the artwork for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.3. Client ResponsibilitiesYou must credit me when sharing the artwork on social media or other platforms by tagging my username (the watermark would work too).4. Payment TermsPayments are to be made through VGen, PayPal or Blik(Poland only)Vgen and PayPal fee is already considered in commissions prices.(USD)5. Revisions and CancellationsI include 3 minor revisions in the price of the commission. Any additional revisions will incur a fee of 10 pln/2.75$ per revision.If you wish to cancel the commission after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.If I must cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.6. DeliveryThe completed commission will be delivered in JPEG, PNG formats via email.I will aim to complete the commission within the aforementioned time, but please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the work and my current workload.7. ConfidentialityIf you request confidentiality (e.g., a surprise gift), I will not share the artwork publicly until you permit me.8. Copyright and OwnershipI retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork, which allows me to use it for promotional purposes, including posting on my social media and portfolio.By commissioning artwork, you are granted a license to use the artwork for personal purposes only. You are prohibited from reproducing or using the artwork for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.9. AI, NFTs, and Cryptocurrency UsageIt is strictly prohibited to use my artwork for cryptocurrency-related purposes, including NFTs (non-fungible tokens), blockchain-based assets, or training/generating AI models.10. Disputes and RefundsIf there is a dispute regarding the commission, I am open to discussing and resolving the issue. However, refunds are unavailable once the commission is completed unless otherwise stated in the agreement.11. General TermsBy commissioning artwork, you agree to the terms outlined above and accept that any changes or additional agreements must be made in writing.By agreeing to proceed with your commission, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
